Since 1999

JapanerImport.dk is operated by Lasse Sell and is headquartered in Asserballe St. on the island of Als in Denmark. The company specializes in the import of sports and other special vehicles directly from Japan, which through close cooperation with our partner are registered in England, then transported to Denmark.

More Than Just Japanese Specialist Cars

JapanerImport.dk has been around for many years and originally started out with a strong passion for Japanese sports and specialist cars.

Over the years, we have imported and traded a large number of exciting cars from Japan – including the Toyota Supra, Nissan Skyline, Nissan Silvia, Mazda RX-7 and many other models that, at the time, were almost impossible to find on the Danish market.

Cars are still our passion – but the market has changed. So have we.

Today, Japanese specialist cars have become a smaller niche, while our activities increasingly focus on everyday passenger cars, newer vehicles and, not least, electric cars.

Looking for a specific car? We are happy to help you find it and arrange its import – even if it doesn’t come from Japan.

We can, among other things, help you source cars from Germany and other European markets, where there is often a wider selection, different equipment specifications and interesting opportunities compared with the Danish market.

Why cars from Japan?

Together with my partner Jurgen Vallons from JM-IMPORTS.CO.UK we buy cars directly in Japan. The reason we trade with Japan is that the cars we buy are in top condition and with no rust, as they are not exposed to snow and salt. The cars from Japan have generally not driven many kilometres, as public transport is much quicker in most cases, so they are usually only driven on weekends.
